Full Time Travel Consultant - Reservations. One of the UK`s leading Tour Operators is looking for experienced people to join their reservations team.
Previous travel experience is bonus but not essential, as long as you are passionate about travel; have good negotiation and persuasion skills and have at least 6 months sales experience in a call centre environment.
Skills required:
· Good Education at least 4 GCSE`s or equivalent
· At least 1 years experience in a Customer Service Role
· Experience within the Industry or a College course in Travel and Tourism is desirable
· Excellent Customer Care skills and telephone manner
· Excellent Listening Skills
· Ability to sell
